Our guest journey's are powered by innovative technology. The Active World app was specifically designed to improve your experience with us! The app will give you control of your visit passes and allows you to link your family passes to manage from one account. It also facilitates program bookings at the Western Downs Aquatic Centres.

Active World will allow you to:
- Manage your account details
- Buy multi-visit or season passes
- Scan in using a digital access card – for when you forget your pass!
- Book into your Group Exercise Classes
- View upcoming classes
- Send and receive messages to our staff

As an existing member, we have set you up using the email you provided upon joining – all you have to do is reset your password!
- Download the Active World App
- Search for our venue in the dropdown
- Select forgot password to reset your account – follow the prompts
- Login once ready and create your quick access code – 4 digits
- Now you're in! Check your programs or book into a new class!
