BIO
I have a vast history linked to sports, I started with 5 years old. But the ones that I really fell in love with were gymnastics and volleyball. Both taught me a lot about resilience, teamwork and discipline.
At school, one of my favourite subjects was science so later on I thought about combining my love for sports/exercise with science and biology.
I’ve been in this industry for 4 years, and my specialisation is working with people that want to improve their health and lifestyle. That being said, I look at fitness with a holistic point of view.
A big lesson for me was understanding that I need to make my sessions effective, safe but most importantly motivational. So, adapting my workouts to suit people’s individual wants, needs, preferences, and limitations is key.
