BIO

I became a Personal Trainer 4 years ago and now specialise in women’s health to help women overcome a range of concerns and issues when exercising.

I am passionate about working closely with my clients, listening to their needs then putting a plan into action to achieve their goals, and instil confidence to enjoy working out. I focus on technique, progression, and accountability.

My own fitness journey started as a 20-year-old when I joined the gym to do aerobics. I was not confident enough to go into the weights room, too self-conscious to draw attention by doing exercises incorrectly. I quickly gained confidence once I had my own trainer and went on to compete in Body Sculpt competitions in my earlier days.

I am passionate about functional training, which focuses on strengthening muscles, balance, injury prevention and mobility.

What’s your favourite movie?

Love Actually – I still cry at the opening scene at the arrivals gate at Heathrow airport.

Top workout tip?

Do something you enjoy. Consistency is key. Remember, pain is temporary but quitting is forever
